Wedding Packages

There are three basic photography packages to choose from, along with a custom 'design your own package' tailored to suit your budget and requirements. Katie will remain at your disposal for help with choosing a package, or designing a package to meet your wedding day needs. -A deposit of 25% of your chosen wedding day package is required on booking.

-Winter Weddings between November & March, and weekday Weddings are discounted by 10%.

- All meetings with Katie are free, informative and informal. Katie is aware of how crucial it is for a couple to have a rapport with their photographer, and therefore recommends meeting the couple before booking. Rest assured Katie always gives potential clients at least seven days after a meeting, to reach a decision.

- There are no hidden extra costs in Katie's packages - what you see below is what you get!

- If you choose to book with KLP, Katie is willing to travel to the wedding venue prior to the big-day to discuss ideas for photography with her clients. Katie is more than happy to do a few casual Engagement shots of the happy couple at the venue as part of the package at no extra cost. Bridal preparations – Katie will visit the Bride as she prepares for the ceremony. Katie enjoys this part of the day and fits in with the girls whilst they do hair, make-up and dress for the occasion. Katie has been asked on occasion to take classic, boudoir style shots of the Bride in her wedding lingerie as a private gift to her new husband, which Katie is more than happy to do on request, at no extra cost.

Arrival of the Bride & Groom at the Wedding venue – Katie will travel to the wedding location to photograph the Groom, Best man and Groomsmen. She will also greet the Bride and Brides immediate wedding party on arrival at the location.

Ceremony – Katie if permitted will photograph the ceremony in a non-intrusive manner.

Signing the register – Katie will photograph the Bride and Groom signing the register.

A diverse range of photographs of the Bride and Groom - Katie will photograph the Bride and Groom away from the rest of the Wedding party at a suitable moment. These shots capture the unique characteristics of each couple and combine the fun, romance and joy of your day.

Traditional and fun shots of the immediate Wedding party – These shots usually take place on location at the wedding venue or a location of your choice. The immediate wedding party will be photographed in various arrangements; Katie will go through these arrangements with you and any personal ideas you have for photographs prior to the wedding. Katie is happy to travel to various locations such as a local beach for extra shots.

Group shots of your choice (arranged prior to wedding day) – A traditional group shot of the entire wedding party and any other group arrangements arranged prior to the wedding.

Bride & Groom leaving for the wedding breakfast – Katie photographs the Bride and groom leaving in their choice of transportation.

Speeches – Photographs of the Best man, Groom and Father of the Bride along with any other person who gives a speech.  Katie also likes to capture the reactions of the audience during the speeches.

Cutting of the cake – Photographs of the moment the Bride and Groom cut the cake. Katie also photographs the little touches at the wedding breakfast venue, such as place names, champagne flutes, flowers etc.

First Dance – One of the most romantic parts of your day will be photographed throughout.

Informal shots of the evening celebration – Katie will photograph the Bride, Groom and guests enjoying the celebrations & getting merry.

Informal & fun reportage shots of entire wedding party throughout the day – Some of the best and most treasured memories of your day will be captured on camera as Katie photographs throughout the day. From the first few minutes until the final moments of her time with you, Katie will be looking for fun and memorable moments. Katie also captures the little touches & tiny details that made your day that extra bit special.

All photographs individually hand edited in colour and Black & white - Katie individually edits all of the photographs from your wedding day to create an artistic combination of colour and black & white images. Katie is accomplished in Photoshop and uses her skills to enhance your photographs and boost the colours, as well as adding some artistic touches (see Katie's portfolio) to give a contemporary feel to your photographs.  

Online gallery access for you, your friends and family to view your wedding day images - An online gallery to view your wedding day photographs. The online gallery can also be used to select the photographs you would like in the 13x11" Wedding day story-book.
